Goods are shipped via DHL for International Buyers and Royal Mail for UK-based Buyers at time of checkout.

International buyers are likely to incur local Import and VAT fees at their home country border. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and will be payable to DHL upon arrival into your country. You will be notified either by email or your phone number. 

We cannot ship items as a 'gift' nor can we undervalue the items to avoid customs and VAT fees.

Should you wish to be avoid these costs, we recommend shipping to a UK-based address or contact. They can then forward on your item to your home country. 

Shipping insurance is included in the Courier fee and is not deductible.

Products are packaged in protective sleeves to prevent liquid damage.
